How to file a claim?Please visit the TYDEC information counter on the 1st floor at the lobby and file a report. The TYDEC will notify you once your belongings have been found.How to claim personal belongings?Please show your ID or health insurance card for the record and fill out the Lost-and-Found document. If you ask somebody else to claim your belongings on your behalf, the assigned person should show his/her ID and the commission document for a checkup. Please note that unclaimed items will be confiscated within 6 months, or within 3 month after informed or announced by the TYDEC.
